We are
also lucky enough to watch the
Humpback
whales migrating during the
winter months, with whale sightings on almost every tour during
this period.
Dolphins, sharks, and turtles
are regularly encountered and for the bird lovers there is
plenty to see too, marine bird life includes Gulls, Terns,
cormorants, Sea eagles and the mighty Albatross.

BK's Fishing Charters
for your adventure is a twin hulled,
wide-bodied, stable, Cougar Catamaran that is powered by 2
quiet smokeless, powerful, four stroke motors. We provide as
much fishing time for you in our fast boat as possible, it's
only 15 minutes boat driving time to our first Pacific Ocean
reef, a proven hot spot where
our guests regularly catch spanish, spotted and school
mackerel, cobia, tuna, shark, tailor and flathead.
Fish the Deep Charters
Careel is a 10 metre high
speed Cougar Catamaran, as used by Police Rescue and
Coastguard Departments. She was custom built locally in
1996, is extremely stable and boasts a top speed of 37
Knots. With a fishing platform larger than most vessels we
can cater for groups up to 12 in undercover comfort. Careel
is powered by twin 250hp Suzuki 4 -Stroke engines we can go
faster and fish longer.
Gone Fishing Charters Gone
Fishing half-day charters we fish approx 15km from the
Seaway entrance in depths to approx
33 - 50 metres (18-27 fathoms). Gone Fishing full day
charters we fish between 10km-50km from
the seaway entrance in depths to 50 - 90 metres (27-50
fathoms) great day out fishing.
